  1. I think that Spanish eating habits are changing¡
According to different surveies our style of life is becaming soo fast and we haven´t got enought time to things like cook.
Nowadays we have to work a lot; it´s one reason because ready meals are growing. Go to the market and buy ready food is more easy than buy our own meals. It´s usually more fasty and cheaper and you don´t have to cook¡
I think that this eating habits are worse, but I prefer spend my spare time on anothers things, e.g. meet wiht my friends, go swimming, go clubbing, read a book or have a lie-in.
I really like cooking, but when I arrive at home I normally feel exhauted and I eat fast food.
I enjoy going out to restaurants because I can try food from other countries and I haven´t to whasing up.
This is the style of life we have to live¡

    1. Definitely, eating habits are changing in Spain and so are all around the world.
I've lived for 3 years on my own and I can count easily how many times I've cooked by myself up to now.
We spent the most of the time at work,so we've got neither time nor a liking for cooking.
It's easier and quickly to arrive home and heat up a ready meal in the microwave than deal with a two-hour tricky recipe.
We can order takeaway food at any time if we like.
I guess we shouldn't eat ready meals too often cos they are unhealthy but we have to manage with them during our working days and try to eat a bit of organic food at the weekends.

  2. I`m agree with my classemates, eating habits are changing as ours lifesyle does.
Before, our mother and grandmother spent a lot of hours in the kitchen preparing absolutely delicious meals with basic and natural commodities, and now we don`t have time or we don`t want to do it.
Also globalizacion is helping to change these habits, like fast food, precooked food. In fact we can alredy see signs of these changes for exemple, obesity, high level of cholesterol.
TIP: we ought to consume, legumbres, fresh vegetable, pasta, cereal and oil (mediterranean food).
